This hotel is situated in a central location, within easy walking distance to the main tourist sights and near the public transport. the room was spacious, clean, and up to standard for this kind of establishment. the staff was helpful and courteous, which made for a great experience. I particularly enjoyed the luxurious onsen, with its wooden stools and bowls, and the footbath in the garden.

Best aspects. During my Christmas holiday, I had a wonderful experience at a Japanese onsen hotel. The hotel offered a variety of delicious meals, including a fusion option, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The free valet parking and close proximity to public transportation were also convenient.
Worst aspects. Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the rooms were smaller than expected and lacked some basic amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location on the hill was perfect, providing stunning views of the peaceful garden. The Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the onsen, one of the best we've experienced. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had excellent onsite facilities. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer!
We highly recommend this place to our friends. They will love everything about it just like we did.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect - it was right in the middle of the tourist area and very close to the famous Dogo-Onsen. Transportation was also convenient since it was located next to the Dogo tram station. The hotel facilities were great and up to standard for such establishment. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and exceeded our expectations. Lastly, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Great authentic experience, Japanese-style breakfast, and clean and cozy rooms. the hotel is very accessible and located near a tram station. the staff was helpful and professional, showing me how to walk to nearby attractions. the garden was beautiful and added to the experience.
The WiFi connection was weak and unstable. Waiting times for dinner were a bit long, but the food was worth it.
